Invoice Ninja is source-code available under the Elastic License v2. You are free to self-host, modify, and use Invoice Ninja for your own business. Commercial resale or offering it as a managed service to third parties requires a separate agreement. We moved from a traditional open-source license to protect the project from commercial exploitation while keeping the source code fully accessible to the self-host community.
